Welcome to My Yoga Practice
Find balance, strength, and peace through mindful movement.
Join me on a journey of self-discovery and wellness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I offer classes designed to meet you where you are and help you grow in your practice.
Classes (weekly)
Lunchtime Flow (Mon and Wed 12:30 - 1)
Step away from your desk and onto your mat for this efficient, 30 minute midday reset. We’ll wake up your posture and clear your mind, targeting specific stress areas, leaving you feeling energized and focused for the rest of your afternoon.
Chair Yoga (Wed 11 - 12)
The chair is a wonderful prop, providing a firm foundation for your yoga practice. It adds to your experience by offering support and stability so you are free to concentrate on other parts of the pose.. We will also use other accessible modifications, like the wall, as we focus on proper posture and healthy spinal alignment through familiar sequences.
Centered Strength (Thu 6 - 7)
Move with intention in this empowering class that blends dynamic flow with strength-building movement. Designed to boost your stamina and stability, this practice invites you to safely test your limits while building a calm, focused mind.
Kids Yoga (Tue 12 - 12:45)
Through games, movement and music children will be introduced to traditional yoga techniques like pranayama (breath) asana (poses), which serve as wonderful tools to help them focus their energy and find the calm within themselves.
About Me
E-RYT500, YACEP, PRYT
Certified in prenatal, children's & chair yoga, as well as sound and somatic healing. Trained and studied in trauma informed, grief, special needs, Ayurveda, anatomy, myofascial release and S.A.F.E. yoga to support osteoporosis, scoliosis and hyper-mobility.
Juli specializes in beginners, children, special needs, seniors, and anyone who might think yoga isn't accessible to them. She has been practicing yoga since she was a teen, teaching kids movement and art since she was a teen herself, and teaching yoga for close to a decade.
Physically, her practice has helped her through the pregnancies of her four children, through recovery from persistent injuries from a car accident, which brought her focus into ways to support the body in its strength rather than limiting yoga to flexibility and stress relief. Of course, stress relief and nervous system regulation is what brought her to yoga in the first place!
Juli brings her enthusiastic love of movement, combined with art, nature and music to her classes and workshops.
